Meet THE TEAM
SARA LOWERY, LCMHCs, LCAS, CCS
I have been serving my community as a Therapist for over 15 years.
and it’s something I truly care about. I value the chance to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward something better for themselves. I approach therapy in a genuine, kind, and down-to-earth way. I understand that life can be complicated, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable, safe, and fully yourself—without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll talk through your experiences, build insight, and find practical ways to move forward. I’ll support you with consistency, honesty, and care, while also offering tools and resources to help you better understand yourself and your patterns. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and a little more confident in yourself. I love seeing people grow into greater clarity, self-acceptance, balance, and connection—with themselves and with others. I believe in your voice, your choices, and your ability to create meaningful change at your own pace. I truly believe that change is possible for everyone.
Kelly Heinerth, CPC
I have been providing administrative support to healthcare clinicians in WNC for nearly 20 years
I deeply value the partnership I have formed with Sara and the team at essential waters. It brings me great joy to do what I love - creating systems, managing documentation, organizing processes, and streamlining revenue cycles - so that your clinician can do what they love - supporting you as you walk your path to wellness. We may never meet face-to-face, but your care matters to me. you are not just a name on a chart. I may not know your story, but I know that you have a story, and that is important to me.

A GARDEN FOR DAILY LIVING
Plant three rows of peas:
Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul
Plant four rows of squash:
Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling
Squash selfishness
Plant four rows of lettuce:
Lettuce be faithful
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be happy
Lettuce really love one another
No garden is without turnips:
Turnip for service when needed
Turnip to help one another
Turnip the music and dance to enjoy our garden
We must have thyme:
Thyme for fun
Thyme for rest
Thyme for ourselves
Water freely with patience and
Cultivate with love.
There is much fruit in your garden…
